Refund Policy and Guarantees

If you are not fully satisfied, most items (particularly the drop foot braces) are Refundable for 30 days from receipt of items.  I'm not exact about this timing and it is fine if you need a few extra days. Items must not be damaged and still usable.  Most items are refundable except that the customer pays for the return shipping.  International shipping costs are not refundable nor are any VATs or Import Fees.

The Bare Foot Accessory is Non-Refundable and is currently the only Product that is Non-Refundable. Possible exception for unopened in original packaging but 50% restocking fee would apply. Approval required first.

All products are Guaranteed for 90 days from receipt and if return shipping is required, I will refund you the cost of basic First Class Shipping by USPS. There are exceptions for the paint on the hooks & guide straps  - - the hooks will chip but they can be touched up with permanent markers of like color or spray paint & the guide straps may become unglued, they are not meant to hold up to tension and are meant to guide only. They can be re-glued or stitched back together.

For returns, just 'proof of purchase'* is proof enough for me and you don't need to return items using a costly shipping method because of better tracking. If this makes you nervous, then you can also take a picture of envelope.  *Not the Proof of Mailing service that you have to pay for - just receipt with date is fine.
